We are sisters with a passion for education and we are excited to offer fun, creative art camps in Abilene. We believe that creative experiences and fun experimentation with art are important aspects of development in children.
Beth Joy is a high school art teacher with a degree in Art Education. Beth has taught both adults and children in the local art museums and currently teaches art at Jim Ned High School. Jenni Riley is a Language Arts teacher at PEAK Learning Center. She is passionate about instilling a joy for reading in her students and enjoys weaving the visual arts into her classroom lessons every chance she gets.
“Language Arts and Visual Arts are our areas of expertise and our greatest passions. We look forward to enhancing both areas of your child’s life through Riley & Joy Art Camp at the NCCIL. Our goal is to provide each camper with art experiences that will encourage and inspire them to make art a part of their lives far beyond the dates of camp.”
We are excited to offer several day camps throughout the year as well as a variety of week long camps in the summer. Our camps will be held at the beautiful National Center for Children's Illustrated Literature (NCCIL) in downtown Abilene. Each camp session will offer unique projects and lessons. Feel free to sign your child up for multiple camps.
We are looking forward to creating beautiful things with your child!
